Art Student Resources

This is the section of the School of Art web site devoted to current students. Here are posted items of importance, from computer lab information to emerging laptop requirements and Art History study materials. Students are encouraged to visit these pages at least once per semester to check for the latest news.

Video Equipment Check-out

Video equipment (projectors, TVs, and disc players) is available for student check-out for School of Art Gallery Exhibitions. You are required to use the Gallery Equipment Reservation Form to make your reservation. The link to it is at the bottom of the menu on the left of this page.

Short-term (24 hours or less) non-exhibition check-out is also available for some items. Before making these reservations you are advised to visit the Print Center home page to see if the business hours work with the schedule you'll need.

Short-term check-out requires you to leave your student ID at the Print Center while the equipment is out.
Short-term equipment kept over night must be returned in the first hour of business the following day so others may use it.
Equipment checked out for Gallery Exhibitions must be returned to the Print Center by 6:30 PM on take-down Thursdays. The only exceptions are when take-down happens on a day other than Thursday due to holidays or other University-imposed schedule considerations.
