CSULB Art History Professor Kendall Brown in Los Angeles Times on Japanese Gardens and new book

Dr. Kendall Brown, professor of Asian art history at CSULB speaks about the Storrier Stearns Japanese garden in Pasadena in an article, as well as in his book, “Quiet Beauty: The Japanese Gardens of North America,” released this month. The garden, placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005, will be open to the public April 28 as part of the Garden Conservancy’s Open Days tour.
