What to do When Stuff Happens

University police: 562-985-4101

Facility problems (Lights are out, room is too hot or cold, plumbing problems, etc)

Call Facilities Management Customer Service: 562-985-4357.

A School of Art computer doesn't work.

Make notes of the following:

  1. The building and room where the malfunction occurred
  2. The workstation number (on the front of the computer)
  3. What software was being used
  4. What the user was trying to do when the problem occurred
  5. Description of the problem

Then contact the Art Technology Office with the above information. Please let us know if you are in the classroom at the time you send the message (if you are, help may come directly there if we are available). To Contact us call 562-985-7937 or use the contact form*.
